It is possible, for whatever reason, that you have to merge information (work orders, banks of hours, etc.) for two customers together, or change the customer code or product code everywhere in the database.

With just a few clicks of the mouse, NewWayService allows you to do this kind of operation for customers, products, serial numbers, spare parts or technicians.

Even if an "History" option is available in NewWayService 2, where you can transfer your work orders, you may, if needed, purge them after a certain amount of time. Several criteria can be selected to purge only specific work orders, according to specific conditions.
