NewWayService 3 > Free e-mail support

Receive complete support for the installation or use of NewWayService 3 by e-mail. This service is absolutely free and there is no service or maintenance contract to buy.

First, simply access the NewWayService 3 FAQ section to access the list of most common problems and solutions.

If needed, you can simply fill an online support request, from the menu Help | Online services | Fill an online support request of NewWayService. This option automatically opens your browser and access the Online support request form.

When you send us a support request, be sure that you will get an answer very quickly. Usually, all support requests received during normal hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time) are answered in less than 60 minutes.

Please note that the support on a specific version ends one year after a new major version is released. For example, the support on version 2 of product X will end 1 year after the release of version 3 of the same product X.
