OroMailCenter 2 > Some software options

- Several message centers can be created in a same database. For example, if you have two departments in your organization using OroMailCenter, you could create a message center named "Support" for your support team and a message center "Sales" for your sales team.

- You can create e-mail models that you can select when you answer e-mails. E-mail models are very useful to keep some constancy in the way you answer to your customers. Also, e-mail models can prevent always typing same parts of text.

- A customized signature according to the agent answering the e-mail can be automatically inserted to each e-mail.

- OroMailCenter can automatically send an acknowledgement for each new e-mail received. This is useful if you want to inform your customer that you received its e-mail and an agent will answer its request soon. And why not, at the same time, informing this customer about your new product or new service ?

- You can create a list of customers into OroMailCenter and assign e-mail addresses or domain names to each one. Then, when you receive e-mails from them, OroMailCenter can automatically link the request to the correct customer.

- A complete security per agent and per message center is integrated into the software. For example, an agent will be able to answer e-mails of a message center while this same agent will only have access in read only mode to another one.
