OroTimesheet 5 > Employees and Groups

The "Employees" module allows you to keep the list of your employees who work on different projects. Various information can be entered for each employee, such as a default cost per time unit or billing rate to use. User defined fields can even be defined if needed.

Groups of employees can also be created to make it easier to manage employees.

If you activate the security into OroTimesheet, passwords as well as very flexible access rights and supervision rights can be granted per group or employee. For example, an employee could have access only to his own timesheets while another employee such as a supervisor, could be able to access timesheets of several employees or groups of employee.

A list of categories of employee can also be defined in the software to categorize your employees according to your needs.
