A powerful reports generator is already included with our software. OroTimesheet, NewWayService and LogiSales. This utility allows you to customize existing reports and forms or create new ones. However, note that some database and/or programming knowledge can be required according to customizations you want to produce.

So, if you do not have time or resources to proceed to the customization of your report of form, we can offer you this service. The base price for this service is 150$ CAD per report or form and can vary according to the complexity of customizations to produce.

If you are interested about this service, just send us an e-mail at support@orologic.com by providing us the following information:

1) The name of the software that you are currently using (OroTimesheet, NewWayService or LogiSales) as well as the version number.

2) The exact name of the report of form that is closer to what you need.

3) A description of modifications that you would like to have (for example, adding new fields).

4) If you made a sketch of what you would like to get, send it to us by e-mail also.

Once these information are received, we will send you a quote by e-mail. If some information are missing to proceed with the quote, we will recontact you by e-mail.

If you want to import data from other software or other files (such as your customer list), you can do so via the data import option available into all our software. You can usually use that option to import your data. However, it happens that some data or some types of data might be more complicated to import than other.

In such case, if you do not have the time or resources to import your data, we offer you this service. The price for this service is 90$ CAD per hour, 1 hour minimum.

As you probably already know, the support by e-mail is free and already included with our software. There is no other kind of paid or free support available (such as phone support).

However, if you encounter problems while installing, configuring or using one of our software, we can connect to your computer or server remotely to help you to fix the situation more quickly.

This service cost 45$ CAD per 1/2 hour (90$ CAD / hour), 1/2 hour minimum.
