About rented licenses, the rental period is for one year. So, rented licenses must be renewed yearly if you want to continue to use OroTimesheet when the rental period ends.

When you buy licenses of OroTimesheet, you automatically get all minor updates of OroTimesheet for free. There are no fees for minor updates and no service or maintenance contract to buy.

When you rent licenses of OroTimesheet, you automatically get all minor and major updates of OroTimesheet for free. Indeed, rented licenses can be used with the version 6 or higher of OroTimesheet.
