When I try to run a report, I get the following error message:
Unable to load the requested report.
Error reading ppReport1.EmailSettings.ReportFormat: Property EmailSettings does not exist

Description
Starting from version 5.22 of OroTimesheet, a new version of the reports engine was implemented. This new version is compatible with reports and forms that were created using versions prior to version 5.22. However, a report or form that was created or modified using version 5.22 or higher of the reports generator for OroTimesheet cannot be run by a version prior to version 5.22 of OroTimesheet.

If you receive the error message indicated above, it is probably because you are currently using a version of OroTimesheet prior to version 5.22 and you are trying to run a report that was created or modified using version 5.22 or higher.


Solution
Install the last update of OroTimesheet (5.22 or higher) on your computer then you will be able to run the report. Access the Downloads section of our web site to download the last update of OroTimesheet 5.
